Giant-eshop.in offers Guaranteed – One day  /Two-Day Delivery for certain products. Guaranteed Delivery is available in select cities.

·        The list below provides multiple delivery options to fulfil customer needs

·        **Standard Delivery charges are free for registered members & for those who have applied for News Letter subscription along with the condition of order value being more than Rs 2500 or more at a time.

·        **We deliver orders placed with Standard Delivery in two or more days (but less than 4 days ) after they are shipped. You can check the estimated delivery time in product listing before ordering.

·        ***The Standard delivery charge is levied only once for multiple quantities of the same product if the seller is same & if such multiple qty or multiple order of different product is placed on same date. So, by fulfilling these conditions, a customer does not need to pay multiple shipping cost for more than one qty or more than one product. This applies for No-Rush Delivery as well.

·        $ No-Rush delivery is offered to customers in expectation that a customer is ready to accepts a delivery of any order(s) within a period of 5 to 8 days. Here the ordering customer has to write in comments while ordering that he accepts No-Rush Delivery to avail concessional rates of delivery charge. Also, in few products No-Rush Delivery charge is offered free irrespective of order value of product. Just check full detail of the product to avail free shipping for No-Rush delivery.

·        Above all, a customer needs to check complete description of each & every products he wants to buy to check the delivery charge, delivery speed & other conditions which are updated on product page time to time.

·        However due care is taken in listing each & every product, but still if any order is placed by a customer without mentioning the delivery speed & in such order of product, there is no mention of delivery charge in product listing in giant-eshop website, then, such order will be by default treated as Standard delivery orders & will be shipped accordingly.

·        COD  ( Cash on Delivery ) orders are presently not accepted by ginat-eshop. All orders are aceepted by us as prepaid orders only. UPI payment mode is preferred.

·        All delivery charges are shown as charges per kg of a product. Thus, total delivery charge & weight of such product will be shown against each product listing. For example if a customer orders  01 pc of a “ Travel Bag” weighing 2.2 kgs with standard delivery, then his shipping cost will be Rs 60 x 3 = Rs 180 per bag. Hence, delivery charge is always calculated in multiple of  1 kg & not in multiple of grams. Here in this example, 2.2 kgs will be calculated as 3 kgs of weight. Any weight above 1 kg will fall in 2 kgs shipping price slab.

Disclaimer

There is no Standard offering for international customers. They are charged shipping fees during product purchases from ginat-eshop. The shipping charges are calculated by weight of the product and is mentioned on the product details page.

Apart from these below cities, only No-Rush delivery will be given irrespective of what is mentioned in product listing detail in giant-eshop website product listing page & in such cases of interior location the delivery charges will be as per Standard Delivery or even may be higher depending upon the location. 

In some cases it has been found that even in bigger cities where the shipping address is very far from reach of local courier agency or the shipping address is not in " Service Area " of the courier, then, the delivery person of such courier requests the buyer to collect the parcel from nearest courier office location. In such cases byer has to collect the parcel himself from nearest local courier office or Godown.
