  1. giant-eshop return policies.

    1. Returns are acceptable only for the valid reason*. The deciding factor proving a valid reason for return depends at the time while a buyer/customer contacts our customer service / help desk / help line numbers or writes an email to us mentioning valid reason.
    2. Returns are acceptable only within 7 days from the date of delivery of parcel at customer's / shipping address. After the expiry of 7 days of delivery NO return request will be accepted & no refund will be issued for such cases.
    3. The return period of 7 days is given to the customer only for completing the return process to giant-eshop, however, the customer must immediately inform giant-eshop on the same day or maximum by next day of receiving the parcel regarding damages, wrong item sent . missing item(s) or for any other issue related to product quality.
    4. Returning any order has to be intimated to mailing address - admin@giant-eshop.in. Along with writing an email, the buyer/customer can also talk to the help desk for any further queries.
    5. Returns acceptance with valid reasons will be processed by giant-eshop within 48 hours (excluding Sundays).
    6. A refund will be issued to the buyer's/customer's account after the return is received at the premises of giant-eshop or at the premises of seller of such product & only after giant-eshop has accepted the request of such returns.
    7. On receiving the parcel of return with valid reason, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours & the Shipping charge, if any, collected from the customer will also be refunded. This such refund of shipping charge will be limited to a maximum amount of Rs100. Any shipping charge collected from customer which is amounting to more than Rs 100.00. then, such excess amount of shipping charge will not be refunded.
    8. giant-eshop is offering its products to its customers & buyers at very thin margins & keeping very low profit on each product, hence, customer/buyer has to understand that returning a product impacts an adverse effect on gaint-eshop's future offerings & may result in ultimate future price hike of many products which are being frequently returned by the customers/buyers without a valid reasoning as returning products incurs considerable amount of shipping expenses & inter related procedural expenses along with unnecessary wastage of time & unnecessary wastage of manpower. Giant e-shop always lists & uploads all products on its website only after checking quality of product, detailed specification of products, seller verification, shipping agency verification, product condition at the time of dispatch and ensures that the same product is dispatched which is being shown & displayed for selling on website, So, all customers & buyers are requested to order any product using their self-conscience every time. giant-eshop is committed to provide a complete list of pros & cons of each & every product displayed on its website, so that the possibility of being returning the same products is minimized.


    giant e-shop advises Self-Ship of Returns.

    As we are growing with the support of our customers, initially we have not yet started the pickup facility of returns. So, the buyer / customer can self-ship the item using the courier of giant-eshop's choice, which can be discussed over phone of helpline numbers or through email. The cost of shipping charge of returning such parcel(s) can be borne by either giant-eshop or even by the buyer/customer, this depends upon the valid reason mentioning of such returns & will be discussed over phone/email on case-to-case basis looking towards the valid reasoning of return.

    • A copy of invoice highlighting the items being returned (place it inside the return package);
    • Declaration of item details, value and return reason (paste on the return package); and
    • A return label (paste on the return package).

    Note:

    1. If you do not have a printer, you can also hand-write the declaration and return address and use the original invoice or a copy, highlighting the items being returned.

    2. Return shipping charges will be refunded in accordance with giant-eshop return policy as mentioned above.



    *giant-eshop reserves the right to decide whether the valid reasoning mentioned by buyer is acceptable or not. 


    Furthermore, in addition to above return policy, if below points are not mentioned above, please also consider following points which can deny your return request.

    Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

    a. Damages due to misuse of product;

    b. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;

    c. Any consumable item which has been used/installed;

    d. Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;

    e. Digital products/services;

    f. Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty

    g. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.
